million (Tk. 1.00 = US $ .014); having its main office at 21,
Rajuk Avenue, Dhaka-1000 along with 6 Depots, 2 Workshops, 5 Training
institutes in greater Dhaka and 9 Depots/offices, 9 Training Institutes
situated in other 5 Divisions (administrative regions) of Bangladesh.

Manpower
In 1990 there were 4002 employees in BRTC against
408 vehicles. The retio was 9:1 people against 1 vehicle. At present
there are 2060 employees against 972 vehicles. Vehicle - manpower
ratio is 1 : 2.12
